Nurse-On-Line Service Changes

If you use ProHealth Care's Nurse-On-Line service, we'd like to remind you that beginning September 5, Nurse-On-Line will reduce its call hours to 3 until 11 p.m., and the service will close completely on October 1 in order to better match ProHealth Care services with the needs of our organization and the community.

While we know you will miss this service, we are pleased to announce a new online resource to replace it. Beginning this fall, a health advice tool will be available online. This tool uses the same set of protocols used by our nurses when you called for health care advice and will be available to you in the comfort of your home anytime, day or night, every day of the year to help you make your care level decisions. We will provide additional details about this exciting new resource as they are available.

We will still be offering class registration and information about our doctors online and by phone during select service hours. If you're looking for a primary care physician, please call ProHealth Care's physician referral line at 1-800-544-2745.
