Additional Physician Specialists Now at the Regional Cancer Center at Oconomowoc Memorial

Now, residents of the Lake Country area have the additional availability of neuro-oncology and hematology care from two of the Regional Cancer Center's leading physicians: Hendrikus Krouwer, M.D., Ph.D. and Timothy Wassenaar, M.D., M.S.

Dr. Krouwer is a nationally recognized neuro-oncologist involved in both the clinical care and research of brain tumors and other neurological cancers.  He serves as medical director for ProHealth Care's Brain Tumor Treatment and Research Center at Waukesha Memorial Hospital. Dr. Wassenaar has advanced training and experience in hematology as well as stem cell transplantation with a special interest in acute leukemia and lymphoma.
